I should start off by saying that I don’t usually go to Tim Hortons. Yeah I know, I’m Canadian and I sound super blasphemous (and bougie!), but I gotta keep it 100. I almost never go there.

But after watching those infectious commercials featuring Justin Bieber speaking about the unveiling of #timbiebs (his collab with Tim Hortons) I really wanted to try his timbits (that sounds nasty).

On November 29, 2021, Justin and Tim Hortons unleashed on Canada and parts of the US, three limited edition flavours of timbits: Birthday Cake Waffle, Chocolate White Fudge, and Sour Cream Chocolate Chip.

A few days later, I had the chance to try them. Here’s what I thought.

Birthday Cake Waffle

You really can’t go wrong with birthday cake.  It’s nostalgic, tasty, and usually makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  This l’il timbit tasted amazing, but lacked any waffle flavour.

If waffle weren’t mentioned in the name, I would’ve easily given this timbit a 9/10.  But because it didn’t deliver on the waffle, I gotta give it an 8/10

Chocolate White Fudge

I love anything chocolate. It’s literally my fave flavour.  This sadly did not taste like chocolate or anything resembling chocolate.  It actually didn’t have a distinguishable flavour, and was kinda dry.  This timbit was a miss. Gotta give it a 4/10.

Sour Cream Chocolate Chip

Okay Justin, I see you!  He obviously worked hard on this one, because it’s the winner!

The Sour Cream Chocolate Chip timbit was soft, warm and delicious. It even smelled incredible!  The only downfall is that my timbit didn’t have any chocolate chips in it (I hope they gave me the right one!) Lol!

But even without the chocolate chips, this timbit gets a 9/10.

The Verdict

Would I buy these timbits again?

Not really, y’all. I’m kinda bougie with my donuts and desserts, so I’d pass. But I would eat the Sour Cream Chocolate Chip timbit if someone gave it to me.
